The Prevention Fund was established in 2007. The Fund is to support projects which prevent burnout at the workplace, improve rehabilitation after sickness, and enhance initiatives which raise awareness about the risks of smoking, alcohol, obesity, etc. This report describes the effects of the projects under the Prevention Fund between 2007 and 2011. The study shows that overall the projects have had no effect on average absenteeism due to sickness at enterprises. The study is part of a broader evaluation of the results of the Prevention Fund and has been funded by the Fund itself.
