Family-Friendly Policies from Denmark
Udgivelsens forfattere:

Using data from 2000 to 2007 (both years included), 162 Danish research institutions are analyzed at the organizational level and 101 researchers at the individual level. Although neither gender nor gender diversity in this institutional context affects performance significantly, there is a striking difference between the negative productivity difference between women and men, and the positive effect of gender diversity on organizational performance.
The Danish case implies that family friendly policies are sufficient to mitigate (most of) the gender differences in performance, while they do not eliminate wage and career differences.
