This report is an evaluation of two after-care initiatives, "The road to education and employment" collaboration model and "Support from voluntary organisations". Previously placed young people face even more challenges during their transition to adult life than their peers, in particular with regard to education and employment. The purpose of these after-care initiatives is to support placed and formerly placed young people during this transition.

This report is part of a quantitative supplement to SFIs qualitative evaluation of the initiatives (SFI-report 16:01), and it primarily focuses on whether young people who have participated in the initiatives have made any strides with regard to education and employment.

The report has been commissioned and financed by the National Board of Social Services.
