Maiken Pontoppidan is interested in examining how best to support the development and growth of disadvantaged children and their parents. She has a broad knowledge of child development and assessment of children and families. She has been involved in many different evaluations of parenting interventions.
Maiken Pontoppidan is specialized in Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) and has extensive knowledge of design, recruitment, randomisation procedures, data collection and other aspects of designing and running an RCT. She has an extensive international network in the field of child development and the designing and running of RCTs.
